first day on tour went well. the van rules, and i saw a dead fish (that was eaten by another fish) totally clean to the bone, heathcliff stylee. the venue was like a bad teen rac from the 70s, and i got everything i thought i would there, including my own private fanbase of 14 year old girls, eagerly awaiting my return in upcoming months. the weirdest thing was that kids were super bummed that folly cancelled (cause they're little girl hole wussies), and that people wanted their pictures with paulson.
then we went to logan's aunt and uncle's house. it's real old, real in the middle of nowhere, stove for heat awesome.
up here is nothing short as described by russel banks in the books of his that i've read.

yesterday was a day
woke up as early as i could, no hangover, drove to massachusetts in an hour and a half to pick up my mom. went straight to a record store and hungout with ricky for half an hour and for $30 got hte following: the boy with a thorn in his side 12" single, slip it on first press, and for $5 a vintage police (as in the band) mesh hat. amazing
then i get my mom and we drive home
the second we get in jersey i spied with my little eye something that begins with a "T". Turn table! pick that up and some huge speakers. go home.
un pack.
go get katie and we go to panera. katie got a shitty salad so she let panera know.
surreal life.
drove katie home through harlem.................... fuck
dropped her off then went back to jersey.
went to dunkin donuts where nothing that weird happened. bummer.saw j=pov though.
went home, set up new record player. works a little too well for my luck.
go to the ridge with doug and rj, put a down payment on my moz ticket.
if i would have gone to minus the bear, that would have been one of the best days of my life. definitely up there still, though.
